York Support Services Network	York Support Services Network is a community-based agency that offers a range of case management and community crisis services throughout York Region, to support individuals with a developmental disability and/or a serious mental illness. YSSN also provides services within the Children's Services Sector, offering Children's Case Coordination. For York Region residents who are experiencing a mental health crisis, and their family or friends, York Support Services Network offers the Community Crisis Response Service, or 310-COPE.

A Key Leadership Role

"Our recent project working on the transportation needs of the homeless is just one example of the leadership role the York Region Alliance to End Homelessness has taken. They were able to co-ordinate and facilitate the needs assessments, and focus groups. As one agency this is something we would be hard pressed to find the time to do, but participating and giving information to one central organization made it all work."
